An agency mandated and authorized by Govt. of India to provide CE Certification is required to check and inspect the machinery prior to shipment and provide its opinion in form of a CE Certificate to the importer and exporter regarding the conditioning of machinery and balance life of, present market value for assessment of custom duty.
